You must not use the platform to create, distribute, or promote illegal, harmful, or misleading content. 3. User Responsibility You are fully responsible for the content of the website you submit. Astrivy does not host or control your website content and is not responsible for any legal issues arising from it. 4. Payments & Credits Astrivy operates on a points-based system. Users purchase points and spend them to generate builds. All payments are non-refundable once points are used. 5. Build Results Astrivy does not guarantee that all builds will be successful due to factors such as website compatibility, third-party limitations, or app store policies. Failed builds may be retried depending on system conditions. 6. App Store Submission Astrivy provides tools to generate app builds, but we do not guarantee approval by Apple App Store or Google Play. Approval depends on each store’s policies and your app content. 7. Account Usage You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Astrivy is not liable for any loss caused by unauthorized access. 8. Service Availability We aim to keep the service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance or technical issues may occur. 9. Limitation of Liability Astrivy is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business, resulting from the use of the platform. 10.
